This is a Luxury cruise liner, it travels the inner core moving to several planets, nebulae, and even the outer corona of a small star. It holds 5000 passengers, and 1300 crew members. It supports 20 five star restaurants, flight simulators, pools, spas, gyms, theaters, 2 full malls, 11 small casinos, ball rooms, private halls, activity halls, a wedding chapel, 23 small churches, a grav ball arena, 3 civilian launch bays where passengers can hire a tour shuttle for many of the designated stops, or rent a private flitter complete with mini bar, steward and pilot. The ship also has an anti gravity amusement bay, a museum, a daycare center, and the two large observation domes, the smaller of which can be privately rented. The observation domes have holographic floors that make it feel as if one is standing in space. The dark rear section is passenger quarters and some activity zones, but the majority of activity is in the front facing out into space. Every room has a view out because the ship is so narrow. They go on a 35 day run to 4 planets, 2 nebulae and 1 star with stops at each. Every cabin has an escape pod, and the command sections (lower part of front) have pilot able warp 1 escape pods that can latch on a tow the regular pods. This is one of many, and the tour prices are low, thanks in part to the Alliance government.
